The Greatest Athlete

Once upon a time a red man competed in
the Olympic's in Sweden in the early 1900's
pictures of him show him as an average fellow
not super human...in the Olympic games no
other athlete in the world could beat him
playing any of the games they played there
after presenting Jim Thorpe with the gold
medals the King of Sweden told him...
sir, you are the greatest athlete in the world
in the history of the world would have been
more accurate...at that point in time he was
now you have nearly the last man standing
from a race of people who were almost
completely exterminated from the face of
the Earth becoming the greatest athlete the
world had ever known...quite a deal when
you think about it and look it over and it
                 truly happened
the powers that be could not let this happen
no dam way it could look bad and might make
people wonder somewhere down the line
so they had all of his numbers erased from
the records and accused him of playing for
money before he played in the Olympic games
