What’s done in the dark

I wonder what
it was that
drew us together.
What particular act
prompted the start
of this
peculiar love affair.
Who sought out whom?
You and I
were never supposed
to cross paths.
And this we knew.
Still
We pursue.
Trying our best
not to allude
the freaky details
of our rendezvous.
We make it
Untraceable.
Leaving no clues.
Our bodies
like magnets,
completely nude.
With you,
I have no thirst
for water, no
appetite for food.
My only thoughts
are the hunger
and taste of you.
It satisfies.
like nothing else could.
Why does it have to feel
so fucking good?
Touching places
I didn’t know were there,
Embedding yourself,
with both hands
Full of my hair.
So shaken by the
strength of my release.
Curling toes.
Clenching sheets.
Screaming in delight.
Bathing in bliss.
Cover my mouth
with the sweetness
of your kiss.
I’ll keep your secret,
the way you keep mine.
Allow our dirty deeds
to lie beneath.
We must contain our
wild burning fire.
Mask our hidden desire.
Continue to bear
the burden we’ve carried.
While we both appear
to be faithful
and happily married.
You to a sister
And I to a brother.
No light should see
what we’ve done
in the dark
with each other.
