Sleep Is An Ocean
Sleep is an ocean
Outside miles away
And you call it, beg for it
Then
Suddenly it's morning
The deep bass is calling
Sink or swim
The room is filling
Trombones sing
Soon you'll be out of time
The tides inside
You wonder
Is there freedom in falling when
The rooms spinning
Silence for a moment
Before the drumline starts again
What am I made of
Times up, it's rearranged
Before you choke
You're awake
Spitting out the sea
Everything is back in place
All that's left on this place
Is me
Outside miles away
And you call it, beg for it
Then
Suddenly it's morning
The deep bass is calling
Sink or swim
The room is filling
Trombones sing
Soon you'll be out of time
The tides inside
You wonder
Is there freedom in falling when
The rooms spinning
Silence for a moment
Before the drumline starts again
What am I made of
Times up, it's rearranged
Before you choke
You're awake
Spitting out the sea
Everything is back in place
All that's left on this place
Is me
