fleeting dawn of understanding
capture the moment I first awoke
in my childish days I struggle in vain
straight jacket thoughts trapped my ideas and I spin
wisdom evaded my presence and I faint inside me

today I stand upon a knowledge of self deep within
capturing a new star...I rise
in the gloaming hour, I speak with an open heart
the soul of me free in the aether

evolving in truth and honesty
succor to the spirit is divine providence
the fates see my way and smile

a revelation is the freedom
who sees me through to each new day
the dawn decrees it is fitting for us
to travel this dimension to the next
