Soft And Sweet...

Sweeter Than Honey

A poetess makes love
with her alluring words
and lays them down
upon a dreamscape
silken bed as a covering
for fixated eyes
to slide under them
and softy enjoy
the honeyed enticements

The color of my faith

The color of my faith
Seen in the Heaven of blue
Unlocking
The true potential of my soul

In the stratosphere

In the stratosphere
High above the moon
I hear your spiritual teaching
Guiding me
Of this earth
I stand in quiet benediction
Marveling as time has taught me
I’m still the student

Serendipity

A time and place where hearts once knew no end
I hear such faint echoing sounds
In the distance your silhouette is all that is found
If I can take us back to the time, we were only holding hands
Neither one of us knew what music to cloak our dance
I will
So, time for us, fate will not steal

Standing on the pier watching you gradually fade away
A day I never thought will come, no matter how hard I pray
For you to stay
I closed my eyes to feel your lips in a lasting song
To surrender unto your caresses all night long
I opened them to destiny, but you were already gone

His Heart

You are the only sane thing I look for
So lost when I cannot find
It aches my mind to misplace
Can I tie a ring around your beautiful heart
Therefore, when it beats
I could not discern where mine starts or yours stop

Fallen Angel

On the picturesque horizon I see everlasting beauty
From the land of Egypt, the Creator
To give blessings, grace, and love upon it’s honorable duty
And the nature of the fairest shall fall and deceive
The intellectual shall not parish upon the earthly it perceives

As thy alluring of the beast
Lips as sweet as wine, from the succubus’ mouth they shall feast
With a string of pearls, soft heathers adored in silken hair
Fair maiden of darkness under the ruse of the devil’s lair

Come hither look to the skies
Angels wings of God’s glory to shelter the meek from its cruel demise
Seek solace in the warmth of  my Heavenly wings
Where the melody of the soul and the mind shall joyously sing
Enrichment of the intellect outlasts the prominence of the mental carnage bling

The Beautiful Ones

In his beautiful care
He knows I will always love him in and out of time
United souls
Upon the rock of salvation for which the providence of our destiny are carved
Our beginning has no end
And our ending is the bed of infinity for which we lay

Unburdened

Has exhausted all possibilities
And the mind needs
To repair from the chaos of yesterday
Blessed to the glory to be
I can lay upon your chest of comfort
To give me sanctuary what life cannot
Where are you my love... you send me no flowers

You Send Me No Flowers

Devoid of warmth upon the softness of my silken petaled skin
In the nigh of the creating moon hour
I twain for the asunder in the calling unto the wind
Unheard as my aura lay in ruins in its chaste compassion
Thy stars beckoning to my melodies of my weary furlong heart
My path of less entanglement I must bear alone
I wait unto the shadows
Lest to abide as my silhouette dances in merriment of abandonment
