Urges like predators
The urges will never fully go away.
They will always linger like predators stalking their prey.
The feeling of impending doom,
Will always be silent like cobwebs in the corner of the room.
When the house is still and the demons are silent,
I cant seem to find any peace in the quiet.

Dear M,
There was a tremendous energy in this write that was very suspenseful. Kind of like I needed to turn on all the lights and peer around corners. Trying to find a spot I wasn’t annoyed at myself for being in. I know that’s convoluted but I’ve known this feeling and it’s so uncomfortable for me. Another insightful write.
