Eyes of emerald
fathoms deep
that beckon or foil
my approach
Beautiful hands
of golden dark
turning pages
of sundry books
fingers that brush
the hair from my face
Open palms
with sinuous leads
chart a pathway
lined in jewels
luminescence
reserved for me
light your heart
exquisitely
exult my entry
Traveling home
ere long to arrive
engaging our destiny
proscribing our demise
