Waiting On The Day
You're always on my mind
I'm always wondering what you're up to
And if you're thinking of me
Knowing we will be living together
In a month and a half
Is eating me alive
I just want to be there already
You, me, the cat, and the tortoise
Living in the same space
It's a dream come true
But I have to wait
And make it through the summer
I'm not a patience person
I just want to be able to kiss you
Whenever I want
I want to be able to go to bed next to you
And wake up to see your beautiful eyes
And amazing smile looking back at me
But all I have right now
Are the texts and videos we send
And my imagination
