Oh Me, Oh May

Oh May, she whispers in your ear
My friend, for you the Winter's near
For others, buds are kissed by sun
A promise of warm days of fun

Oh May, she gives you subtle signs
Her voice sends shivers down your spine
For others, she sings lullabies
They revel in her sweet bird cries

Oh May, she firmly touches you
With frosty fingers of icy dew
For others, her caress is warm
Her heated strokes makes bees swarm

Oh my, oh May, she desires all
She brings both Spring and the Fall
