A Gentle Hand To Hold
Life can be a lonely place
As days turn into night
But still I wake to face these days
When the light is not in sight
Wandering through the crowds
yet I’m never seen
Their light shining all around me
But I am the darkness in between
I will lean into the depths of this darkness
I will fight these demons of old
I will search until a find
A gentle hand to hold
