Missing walker told rescue team she didn't want to be found ...https://archive.news.stv.tv › west-central › 1438763-mis.
Well done for amending the story STV.
However you don,t seem to have omitted this part of that bullshit news story:
"She was traced safe and well - and said she didn't want to be found."
My exact words were:
"I don't want to go home but I have to as I have to pay some over due bills".
Those bills being my tv licence and road tax. Which as you see by my bank statement I paid the day after I got back home..
At no time did I ever have ANY contact with mountain rescue and STV.
At no point did I EVER say I did not want to be "found" because STV I AM NOT F**K**G PSYCHIC so I had no idea any one was looking for me.
The fact was that I did not "need" to be found. Nor have I ever needed to be found as I have nearly 40 years of hill walking experience.
I started hill walking aged 12.
You might like to know that Dumfries police also issued a false statement about me in an official government document in 2020. I reported it to professional standards and my complaint was UPHELD.
The police had to apologize.
Didn't you Pc Dixon ?
Ditto the NHS.
In hindsight, it is possibly what I should have done in response to your to your non factual, bullshit statement STV,
Nice try STV..
Nice try Dumfries Police..
Nice try NHS..
"No means NO"..
Some times STV the best journalism comes when you get two sides of the story.
I also have to amend my statement;
I now have indeed met some of the Moffat mountain rescue team. In fact I over took them while climbing a hill. In fact one of them, not long ago, said to me the 3 hours they were looking for me it was beautiful weather.
Further more they stated that they enjoyed getting off work for an afternoon to go for a walk.
I was happy. They were happy and you were probably just sh*t bored sitting behind your desks scratching your a***s waiting for something that you could bitch about.
Am I right STV?
In emails in my possession the police state that my walks was normal behavior and as such there was no great interest in my absence. It was just a police legal process because a member of the public reported my car.
