Break the cycle
And you will come back to life
Break the cycle
for inert stillness is no different than death
Break the cycle
or just die
That is the only answer,
so please
don't lie to yourself
you want to be happy
but you feel ashamed
guilty
embarressed
so you project that into
"hate"
"bitterness"
"I don't know how"
"eating me up inside"
"this sickness, what is it?"

I like the message in this, stop self loathing or fucking die because your draging me down with you.
I can relate to the subject of this story.
I myself have done this for years. Driving away my loved ones and futher strengthening my belief that everyone hated me. But every day I get a little better, I am breaking the cycle.

Sometimes it's hard to find new interest and motivation in life, and you can't always control when it comes.
But it can be all too easy to stay in the rut. This poem works as a reminder to myself as well as a message of assertive hope. (I hope)
