George Cross to the NHS? Dynamite up the asses of those that made it the mess it is would've been more fitting!

Do feel free to have a go    
at me if you want to,    
not that I actually  
bloody well care in the least;  
except to say and similarly    
informatively point out a  
cardinal fact you should    
actually know, which is  
I once trained and also    
diligently too, worked  
as a nurse in the NHS    
when significantly, it  
was an organisation    
and similarly also a    
diligent associative    
and accompanying    
inspiration of such    
ably praiseworthy    
altruism: and also    
as it does happen    
do have relatives,  
and close friends    
crucially therein,  
numerous fields  
of service inside    
it that still work    
so altruistically    
in an NHS with    
identical views    
and just beliefs    
in mind - more    
fools them all I  
say so proudly.    
 
The George Cross really! What    
about all those supermarket  
workers; multiple delivery  
drivers: all post workers  
and many more, too numerous to  
list here? But who've all kept the  
entire country going, when this  
hereditary lot and their clearly equally privileged,  and totally    
fawning elites were cowardly  
in hiding! And it makes little    
sense this gong when from    
personal experience many    
people actually know how  
crucially inept and readily  
rapaciously self-serving a  
coterie of NHS registered  
surgeries so uncensored  
and crucially completely    
selfishly too, interlinked  
with their GPs evidently    
throughout the entirety  
of the UK,  significantly  
and very corruptly are.    
 
Compounded fully by the  
numerous numbers of    
people, with clearly    
witlessly indifferent and even    
distinctly, basically callously    
as well, crucially cancelled    
and vitally required too a    
a number of deservedly    
major operations, from  
cancer itself to literally    
perilous, critically and    
characteristically also  
discernibly, painfully  
long incomplete hip  
surgical procedures  
 
and who're suffering most  
egregiously, or else have    
callously been allowed    
to die, by money grabbing, self    
serving, odious blood suckers  
incompetently both running    
and unfortunately working    
within the NHS! It's clearly    
high time that all of these    
profligate wastrels, were  
totally permanently and  
unforgiving celebratory
everlastingly gone! TNT  
aptly available anyone?
