CHOICE

Years ago I made a
choice, and yes, it
has been hard at times,
a challenge at other times,
and a blessing most
of the time.

HONESTLY
I don't care about
your political choices;
your entertainment choices;
your tastes in reading, poetry,
and other literature.
I don't care about
your gender choices,
your station in life
or other benchmarks
others place on you
(and me too).
Your choice of dress,
language, and markings
are no concern to me.
I don't care about
your sexual choices,
prowess, and size.
I don't care about
your financial status,
dwelling place, and
means of transportation.
YES,
if these are YOUR priorities
I respect them and honor them.
BUT
what I care about at my soul level
as the beacon to guide me
to respect and honor your
choices is one word:
KINDNESS!!!!!!!!
