My fault not to be determined

I seemed to always be the one to lose my temper first.    
 
You never seemed to pay attention to my actions more than my words.  
 
Apparently, I was the one who needed a lesson in patience.    
 
You watched as I cried through my emotions.      
 
I needed your stability  with no credibility.  
 
You ignored my attempts, & played with my fears.    
 
I became unrecognizable standing in front of you.
