The Secret of Lightening

The stage is set
as all the world is a stage
after all
and the stage of you
is a sky
that takes me high
into clouded abodes
and my every word
becomes an ode
of worlds I have never known
sights I have never seen

Verdant greens
Hues of blues

Ice into segmented deconstruction

And my consciousness
and collective thought
assembling and resembling
adaptation to fascination
and the wisdom of time
and interaction therein

perhaps tainted

by the fallen

of you & me

 who

fell
from
the

[heaven of you

& me]

like a lightening bolt

into the sea

Author's Note
I fell asleep for three hours and awoke with a thought process in motion, that carried forth from the world of dreams. This thought process contained two poems.  This is one of those poems.  I think the idea of "ideas that come from the dream world" is a fascinating concept that has delivered all sorts of things to our world.  This sort of activity has always been a part of the high strangeness of my existence.
