to the edge

silently stare
in Despair
watching you
Fade
into the pain

oh, pain is everybody's. as is joy, blessing, innocence, and verve. just as there is blame and shame. those two, to each individual is karmically imparted, but we all hold a share of the monolith.
I suppose self-righteousness is also a thing which everyone could "share in," but like Joy or innocence it's not karmically imparted except by choice to accept it within the self.
