From an ass to M.K

This is really quite amusing,
and quite frankly
it would be foolish of me
to assume anything else
may come from an avid television viewer,
games player
and general
all round philistine.

Not just that, but
one who jumps in
head first
in to the loose soil
around my father's grave
as if he just became
the judge of the whole
torpid situation.

I have but a few words:

That's my father who died.
That's my bloodline
written out of his life
by those people you're fighting for.

Up until now,
I stopped caring,

but, to exist amongst
a bunch of degenerates
who triumph, because
the rest of us get tired
of it.

Well, meeting you
will either start me up again
or reaffirm the void
within the enemy.

Either way, I had better say,
thank you
for your critical evaluation
of my work,
but let's place personal differences aside
and turn away for a second,
nod with a smile
and say
'Actually, he's quite a good poet
afterall.'
