LICKING AND ENJOYING

I had a
deep desire,
no, really a lustful
hunger for it
as I reached
for it and
finally having
it in my hand;
gently licking
the top, up and
down the sides,
taking the top in my mouth;
the sweetness was
so delightful and satisfying
as I slowly devoured the
juice from the prized
chocolate popsicle
which I bought from
the ice cream truck.
