Lips Caress As If In Prayer

Please forgive my obsession, but your mouth,
Oh god, the pleasures!
I hear your voice with such tender ring,
your soul lives in the songs you sing.

When I kiss your lips, my mind’s a whirl,
Oh god, such life to love!
These lips that touched your mother’s breast
now form my treasured nest.

It will take a lifetime for me to learn your face,
Ah, but what a life to live!
Lovely portal for every breath of air
now caressing me as if in prayer.
