To Know
In the beginning there was clouds.
And your mind was a manorial -
Or perhaps a castle…
Located in the encoding of destiny.
Mine… located on a promontory.
A thousand leagues above the sea.
A castle of many rooms -
As solemn silent as crypts & tombs.
Each wall contained paintings
Framed by space
Super-sensory colors emanating
Out into the space
Some were empty and awaiting
In the ink blot space
For the illuminations & knowings
I invented a pair of midnight wings
To visit far away lands.
A thousand leagues beyond me.
And my Gibraltar altar promontory.
I flew away in those days just to see.
As an optical vessel…
The whirling world in a whirl -
Of clouds and the diffusion of clouds.

I feel the palpable whimsy and ethereal nature that permeates outward from these words... a thousand leagues or more into the sky... I'd say....absolutely.... this discovery of your dreams and the universe you allow your readers to access is truly novel and an experience all it's own.... what a pleasure ✨
