This is why I refuse

On this day, May 17th
we all raise the flag
but what for and to what_

Celebrating the signing of the Norwegian Constitution in Eidsvoll, 17 May 1814. Constitution Day is the national day of Norway and is an official public holiday observed on 17 May each year.

Part of this law did not give women any right but the right of doing dishes
of cleaning dirt and wiping it under the mat
In this law of 1814 it even was oficially  stated that men were in charge of not only
the economic side but also on all levels men were in charge.
When two people got married the priest even said the following
I kvinder! Være eders egne Mænd underdanige som Herren!
This means in English translation
Woman, you shall  obey your man like you obey the Lord Christ
I know that the laws have changed and it is not 1814 anymore but we still honor the days when women were scorned, when freedom was stained , I will not hang out a flag on this day, not even with barbwire
I refuse to add more stains onto the flag of femininity!
