Image for the poem Across the Universe

Across the Universe

Stardust glitters in the atmosphere
Languid lingering
Amongst nucleator cells
And bursts of the sun

Butterfly wings
Azure sky of deepest summer
White silk scarf
Dances in the breeze

Rain drops on tin roofs
Divots in the dirt
Shadows in a child’s eyes

Lovers kiss
Seeing black – Seeing white

Vagabonds roam

Ocean wave bursting on a stone

A jaguar on a tree branch
Hypnotic equanimity
Lucid dreaming of You

I just see phantoms or ghosts or luminescent visages from a distance and it is really strange.
