Visits

I can't wait for these visits to end
For this past three months we've been frequently visiting the hospital
For a series of laboratory and follow up check ups
With different doctors

Today,  we made another round
Of visit to the hospital
Another busy day in our ordinary life

I want to take a break from this routine
A change from this monotonous existence
And wish everything goes back to how it used to be

But this is our reality now
Our life has took a different turn
And has drastically changed
In a short span of time

Last night I didn't get enough sleep
And today's visit to our doctor added to this melange of feeling
I feel so tired and sleepy at the moment
And just want to lay my head and dream away
