I slightly disagree. Maybe, I am naive but heart does count in the end for some. But, it is the beginning in which the heart doesn't count.

About time someone calls this out. I’ve seen many suffer such a disappointing and often devastating end in just such a fashion. It’s so sad for those who’ve been treated so poorly and so cowardly by those who think they can get away with exhibiting such thoughtless regard just because they can hide behind a screen.
