Bidean nam Bian
spirits dance beneath
the midnight pearl
Rhiannon and her
dark cabaret
between the rhythm
of the moonlight curl
and the warm rhyme
of the breaking day
white silhouette
against forest trees
magic springs forth
from their fingertips
foreshadow of the
new season’s tease
the coming
solstice apocalypse
as you step with me
through this portal
will you find it hard
to concentrate?
a giant leap for a
mere mortal
are your dreams
able to compensate?
they stand here
locked into the future
gazing intently
at the present
the torn past now
requires a suture
between sunrise and
the moon’s crescent
this ticking clock
has been suspended
so let them now
proceed and advance
this new chapter
shall be appended
as they embrace
this open expanse
caught up in their
angelic display
here I stand stuck
in a golden trance
I struggle but I’m
caught in their sway
while time is
thawing in slow motion
able to touch
every universe
with answers to
many mysteries
dreams they are
able to intersperse
rewriting infinite
histories
my will is weak
I cannot resist
even though I am
trying my best
can’t think
does reality exist?
under the earth
will I find my rest

Bidean nam Bian Is Scottish Gaelic for Pinnacle Of The Mountains. Rhiannon is the Welsh goddess of the moon. Inspiration from a trip to Scotland a couple of years ago.
The most noticeable features of Bidean nam Bian are the famous Three Sisters of Glen Coe, three steeply-sided ridges that extend north into the Glen. The sisters, Gearr Aonach (Short Ridge) and Aonach Dubh (Black Ridge) and the most easterly sister, Beinn Fhada (Long Hill). *Courtesy of Wikipedia*

If I close my eyes my poet and allow my mind to drift among the celestial body and its beautiful gifts we are spiritually blessed to be bestowed, I can come to tenderly appreciate how you tend to softly serenade the gravitational alluring of the moon, oh how great thy illumination of such, this whisper is poetically spilled very nicely
