Need a rocky shore
Maybe it’s just a want
To feel the thunder of the waves
Crashing
The clouds of salty spray mixing with my tears
Cleansing fears and doubts
Into the vast ocean to be
Free of them
‘Till they find me again

Reminds me of something a friend said during a rough time: “salt water heals, whether sweat tears or sea.”
I like the cyclic idea in the last line.
