Inner Star

When the day candle
Dawns in the morning sky
And you sing a love song
To the Friend -

Your morning
Will be filled with His sunshine
His love for you mixed in the blend.

At noon
If you're aware of His presence
As the day candle ascends the sky bowl,
Your afternoon will sparkle with wonder
As His love surrounds your soul.

As Afternoon
Turns into evening
If still in His presence you dwell -
His inner lights will draw your soul upward
With the ringing of His bells.

As you sit, now, in deep meditation
Your soul will sweetly be drawn
To the inner star of brilliance,
The awakening of your inner dawn.
