she became my wife in 1982 soon to be 39
I will never deny I married up
blessed by God and a touch of luck
married to the most perfect wife
thank you God for this amazing life
 
that night
 was it just an idea of being in love
that night did I fall in love
was it just a boys heart filled hope
just acquainted to the most beautiful girl
what was her impression of me, does she like me
was it just an idea of wanting to be love by her
that moment in time, decided, make up your mind
should I  let her see the true me or be cleaver
 be who she might want me to be
is it a lie to hide those things from sight
or let them be seen and be true to yourself
we all play games to maintain tranquility
it's about morals etiquette and accountability
I was the  best possible me I can be
was it just an idea for her to marry me
she could have her pick of many better looking than me
to late she said she loved me, her eyes told the truth
she has  in love with me too
