Kiss across the ethereal plain

Kiss across the etheral plain

I close my eyes and you are there, we're laying skin to skin, my minds eye feels your body, my desire draws you in

My heart beats much faster, as the anticipation starts to grow, I can feel your body heat now, you make me feel I'm home

Holding hands across the void, a love that spans all space and time, even though your out of reach, inside I feel your mine

I know you live inside my heart, you're constantly in my head, somehow I never feel alone, even lying in my empty bed

In my dreams we're together, we share a tender ethereal kiss, is this to be only in a dream or just some kind of hopeful wish

Wanting, hoping, needing, this love that's far away, perhaps one day she'll find me, I'll just dream until that day

Is she real or just a wishful dream, will I ever find true love, find the person that fits me, like a hand inside a Velvet glove

A kiss across the ethereal plain, I wished this kiss was real, a chance to feel your tender lips, to know just how they feel
