A space where flowers grow with names like simile and metaphor
and cultivating them is the work I adore

I am digging through my mind for another fresh rhyme
because once again it is harvest time


I arrange the concepts based on platonic idealism
juxtaposed with stark modern urban realism

With themes old as time
about the battles of evil versus the divine

Or sometimes a simple statement upon reflection
after a daydream or mediation


Once again after my muse's visitation
