pain (she fully love me )

most times when we think of pain
its those that come from  
cuts burns scrapes and brakes
most times these are temporary
other pain is not so evident
there's no know  medication  
the pain love can bring
the sting of loving someone
the lack of return their from
with a double down shot to the heart  
they say I love you, not as deep as you do  
there is no trauma involved  
just a guarded heart from the start  
like a sculpture I have chipped away  
her heart to fully open opened
after 38 years of marriage  
she truly loves me
