Yes, it does lead to interpretation. Something i did not really contemplate .Could sound like a sex addict (in my dreams!). But then in this age of pandemic perhaps the pizza is for a lonely guy...or, as you suggest, maybe a guy with a lady or three around.....

I find myself trying to be more productive and limit myself between all the social media apps when they easily distract you.
But the pizza was the best distraction (and needed nourishment).
