My wife and I used to go the corner deli and get iced coffee in the summer and hang out in this little concrete plaza across the street. We took our dog a lot too before she passed. It was simple and part of a nice little tradition.  Unfortunately the entire block was razed to build a high rise.  Part of the gig in city life ....

As we're all slowly coming out of quarantine, I forget how (and appreciate more) those little moments of having conversations and drinking a nice cup of joe.
