It's thought provoking, imo. I prescribe to no faith in and only consider myself slightly spiritual in an essence. I perhaps meditate once in a while. I tend to shy away from anything that reminds me even remotely of an organized religion I like the emoting here and believe that karma is a huge driving force in the world. If you treat others how you want to be treated, then you can walk tall and because in that aspect, we ARE all connected.... Just my humble thoughts.

I completely agree! Organized religion freaks me out. I love just feeling things out on my own and whatever feels right to me is my truth. I meditate a lot. I meditate in complete silence. I’m often annoyed by guided meditations.

Nothing's wrong with reflecting on issues
