MAN vs LIFE
His heart weighs heavy as he goes to war,
he hides his pain though he can't hide his scars, he swings his sword yet his target's so far,
sworn to protect the one's that stole his heart.
Show no weakness show no fear,
a true warrior sheds invincible tears,
Shredded clothes Bloody skin, sacrifices for A kingdom for which he is King.
A king indeed, Man is his name.
The war he fights is the life he lives
Goals so far but he swings his blade.
His deepest fear is the fear to fail.

I was captivated by this and felt each word written. The struggle and fear felt was real and raw, yet I was still able to pick up on the hopefulness, as well
