Awww... I truly appreciate that kind sentiment, BP.. there's several that I've added audio to after the fact... I just normally get the urge to record days later ... hahahaha.. This one was an exception and I had the time today to record.  

If you sort my poems under spoken word, you can see which ones are updated with audio... I'm not great... still a work in progress (which is totally evident there in the spoken word recodings!!)

The poem and its reading are simply .... heavenly ... so lulling ... so soothing ... poetry is meant to be a spoken art ... this reading so reminded me of that fact ... how much I miss poetry readings that I used to go to ... thanks for the reminder ...

Every time I think you reached your peak you go and reach even higher. This is my favorite of your poems so far. I loved the pure exhilaration of the joy of life. And you took the things that make life fulfilling and made them into a grand poem. You have the quintessential poet's talent of taking the ordinary and making them truly extraordinary. If this were an artist's painting it would stand with Monet.
