Sans sunscreen, always good for a salt lick after.  The ocean does help find perspective.

Finally, those quiet beach walks are very relaxing, restful and peaceful.

I've never been to Brighton Beach although my family originated from Brighton! Glad it's a beach you feel safe to return to.

I'm very partial to the sea, and water is such a good metaphor for everything we can experience in life.  Pebbles are very soothing too.  Very evocative, and beautifully written.
