Rebecca's Vampire Savior

Ethan crawled over and lightly straddled her. Rebecca eyes flew open and she stared at him. He could see the fear in her eyes.
     "What's wrong?" Ethan asked her.
"What are you going to do to me?"
      "Nothing...."
That's when he noticed how she was shaking beneath him and he started putting the pieces of the puzzle together. She's been in this position before and it wasn't pleasant for her. Anger coursed through Ethan's veins and his fangs poked through. Rebecca withered underneath him and whimpered. Ethan rolled off her and got off the bed standing in front of the window watching ships on the canal.
"Rebecca, what do they do to you?"
      "Nothing. "
"I think I already know Rebecca."
"Just let it go." She whispered.
Ethan turned around and looked at her. Rebecca had tears running down her face as she stared at the ceiling above her. She saw images of the men in her mind. She could almost feel the pain they had sent through her body. She sat up and looked over at Ethan who was looking at her with sorrow in his eyes.
"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have assumed what happened to you." Ethan apologized.
"I....They...My parents would sell me as a prostitute. They let men have sex with me."
Ethan let out a growl and Rebecca gasped and stared at him. Oh shit, now you done it you idiot. Ethan thought as he stared at the girl in front of her.
      “What was that?” Rebecca whispered.
“It was nothing. My stomach growls really loud.”
“That’s not a stomach growl it was like you were an animal.”
Ethan shook his head and walked over to her and tried to grab her hand but, Rebecca pulled it away and backed to the far side of the bed.
“Becca… It was my stomach. Relax, I’m not going to hurt you. It physically impossible for me to growl like an animal. Please you have to trust me.” Ethan whispered softly.
Rebecca stared at him and nodded as she looked down at her hands. There was something strange and inhuman about Ethan, but she couldn’t place her finger on it. She had heard myths that vampires existed and roamed the city but those were only goulash stories people told during Mardi Gras. Ethan walked over and sat on the bed beside her and slowly stroked her face. Rebecca stared up at him and he noticed she was shaking.
“You don’t need to be afraid of me.” He whispered.
“You don’t understand how hard it is not to be afraid of men. I was fourteen the first time they sold me to a man…I remember screaming for help…repeatedly. Nobody came and helped me. Nobody cared when I didn’t leave my room for three days because I was in so much pain. A week later, my grandma Darlene tried to take my parents to court for custody of me. My father threatened to kill her, and she dropped the charges because she was afraid he would think I asked her to do it. Ever since then I am no longer allowed to visit or talk to her. If I did, my father said he would kill me and her.” Becca cried.
“You had a good relationship with you grandmother then?” Ethan asked as he tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear.
“Yes, but the past three years I haven’t seen or even talked to her. I didn’t want Armando to hurt her. I’m sorry, I don’t know why I’m telling you all of this. I hardy know you.”
“I want you to know me.” Ethan blurted out.
Deep down he knew it was beyond dangerous letting her live with him, but he couldn’t let her return home to those monsters who sell her to be raped by disgusting slobs.
