ECONO CLASS AGAIN  (12-4-2001, somewhere in the air over Maryland)

Thank you for your comments & interesting, kindred impressions of your very relatable response here RiAN.  I spontaneously penned it while gazing out my jet plane's window, looking down at the vast, bulbous sea of wondrous, light filled clouds below me (heaven's realm, as I had always envisioned it as a child), on a return flight from Baltimore, back to Houston, TX.  It's words just arose & flowed out effortlessly through my thoughts into this unexpectedly simple, little, spontaneous poem, as I was transfixedly sky gazing downward from above the clouds, rather than looking upwards from below at them as usual.  At the time, I didn't even think of it as a poem, but when it's words first arose & I wrote them down on a cocktail napkin, it's unexpected ending's last two lines, made me chuckle & laugh at it's simple, sudden turn of humbled insights humor!...  So I kept it, just as a personal, odd little novelty, but had  never shared it before, until now last night, here on DUP, over twenty years later!  So  I'm glad you enjoyed it & was happy & thrilled to get & to read your response!
