"Why are you so cheerful?" they ask .
Underneath the longlseeves you'd never know that I'm battling depression and my smile is merely a mask.
I spread kindness and let the happiness radiate off of me like heat from the sun.

Yes, wow. So true how well we can hide our true selves. The irony behind being asked “why are you so cheerful?” Whilst inside another thousand deaths take place. You’ve not wasted a single word. Each one hits the target in writing about depression, anxiety, self harm with stunning precision.
