The sun is shining bright
I only see darkness
The air is hot
I feel cold
They're all the same
I'm different
Other girls wear shorts, tank tops, and sandals
I wear jeans, sweaters and sneakers
They wear light colors
I wear dark ones
They're all the same
I'm different
They're happy
I'm not
They smile
I frown
They're all the same
I'm different
They laugh
I cry
They talk
I stay quiet
They're all the same

In so many ways

You are different. But that's a good thing, because you look at things that others would ignore and see where others cannot the difficulty of the human condition.
