I'd Marry You
If the world were to stop for a second
Just stop being so loud and so messy
I could see my life with you ever so easily
Your hand in mine, that smile as you lead
I can close my eyes and see it stretch out forever
My head in your lap with your fingers in my hair
Just relaxing as we watch tv without a care
I know you'll always be there and it's good
So purely good for me honestly it's great
When I ended up in the hospital you sent me roses
Big and white they made me realize that I love you so,
So much deeper than I've let you know
We have a house, I'm on your insurance, we have a dog
We're pretty much married without the papers
Why would I ever drag my feet for that?
You let me be me, love who I love
We're more than perfect together
You hold me through the rough weather in my life
Never have you torn me down or made me feel crazy
You match my crazy in the best of ways
We're better together and it's bright
We're just so damn right
Just stop being so loud and so messy
