DARING TO BE ME ( # 8 )

BOUNDARIES

As I gaze around me,
regardless of the context
of the place or the
people, I always
SEE
BOUNDARIES.
Yes, some of them,
such as traffic laws,
protect my safety;
banking laws protect,
most of the time,
my savings and investments.
Then there are those
rules and laws created
by none judges and legislators
who try to create boundaries for
MY LIFE.
Boundaries that try to keep
me within the fences they
think are best, for example.
of my sexual activities and
preferences in and out
of the bedroom and with
WHOM.
No, daring to be me doesn't
include being a predator or
a pusher of my sexual agenda,
but it does mean that if
there is agreement with the
other person, we will dare
to explore the outer boundaries;
hurting no one, only enjoying
who we dare to be.
YOU
certainly are free
to do the same things,
but within your safe
confines and the norms
posed by the pretenders
who claim to have no
desire for the "none-normal",
but deep inside do desire
If they dared to be their real
SELVES.
What would it look like
if you dared to be YOU?
