Once again sold out

Poor Africans controlled by puppet!  
They heard virus from far but borders remain opened  
Was this a mistake?, I wonder...  
Then vaccine first experimented to them  
Why Africa?, as I'm being rhetorical...  

Poor Africans got sold out!  
Citizens left in a dark to become blind but walls have ears as they were not deaf.  
As many kept underground, leaving superiors celebrating.  
I wonder what are the benefits?...
