Tidal Wave Silhouettes

In the blue sky electric  
 
    pools of an obscure and succinct beauty  
 
                  collect and gather in arete  
 
                   washing whipping waves  
 
                   making the beach a slave  
 
                   as it pays in wet pleasure  
 
                               water falls  
 
                              trickle back  
 
                   into the breathless black  
 
                   of the darkest deep blue  
 
                         just to be with you  
 
                          the satire sunset  
 
                   walks your mirrored tears  
 
               with a touch of dripping flame  
 
                      to tame the wet storm  
 
                              I'm drenched  
 
                     yet you continue to pour     
               
                    uncharted aqua explored  
 
                     this walk of fire deplored  
 
                  onto the glistening glass top  
 
                    of the bold and beautiful  
 
                                     blue  
 
             I see a little of everything in you  
 
                    images of undying trust
 
                 dramatic virtues contained    
 
           vulnerable paintings of prolific pain  
 
                       you rescue me again  
 
                                 i escape  
 
                    to be held captive within  
          
                   the tidal wave silhouettes  
 
                   of your heart shaped lock  
 
                   a treasure that's been lost  
 
             filtered through my cinder hands  
 
                   into the brightly lit chasms  
 
                     of your gilted cyan seas
