(I somewhat tease!) hahaha. My lifeblood and by far, my longest lasting relationship, to date. I had several odes to coffee written here, but I deleted many.

I am a fan of any poem that acknowledges that a really good sugar can actually make a hot drink. On the very rare occasion that I do actually drink coffee, I am a huge fan of coconut sugar because it really accentuates the flavour in the same way that I really enjoy putting syrups in my coffee. It doesn’t work so much for tea, but I don’t think I would want anything to spoil my beloved cup.

Going back a ways! ..Ahhh an ode of so many, to my longest love. I should probably be sad about that fact, but I'm sorta ok with it. I am enough, for now... ha! 😂

Coconut sugar IS amazing, I don't use a bunch of sugar anyway, but I love the taste of it in my coffee much much better, since switching to it. I'm trying to ween myself off of creamer, now I only use a splash because the coconut sugar flavors so well. I buy it off of Amazon (of course!) and it's priced really well for being non-GMO and organic
Nutiva Organic Unrefined Granulated Coconut Sugar... it comes in a 3-pack and lasts a long while. I used the recipe on the back of the package to make the chocolate chip cookies they show and they were soooo good! lol... I also like to sprinkle some over a halved acorn squash with some real butter and a little bit of cinnamon and nutmeg if you have it and I steam the halves in the microwave until fully tender, ... Omg... SO good!
I do love its versatility, it's kind of hearty, like brown sugar but not as sweet or dense!
Yeah, I love it.... can you tell??? hahaha... 👍🏻 ☺
