best of your meanings
can you give DU
best of your feelings?
just for one night
give rest to the fight
despite your belief
that you're in the right?
just for one night?
give pause to the fight
for you too an artist
let's be symbolic
just for a night
let there be light
and end this year right
you can unload what weighs
on the forthcoming days
till then let there be light
let go of the fight
just for one night
can you?
for DU?!

Author's Note

one plea... let's all end this year on a positive note, at least for the sake of the place we call our virtual home. You may not like me or others, that's fine but we all despite our light year's differences we have at least one thing in common, the place we call our escape our virtual home. Let's give this year an end which we have full control on, that is by choosing with our sheer will power, not to give in to negativity and rising above our core instincts and observing peace for the sake of the site. All are driven by passion that is no secret, let's observe a night of peace. ✌️
