2020.
The craziest year of humanity.
Fighting to keep our sanity;
In the midst of sickness,
Racism,
Politics
And stimulus checks.
Looking at the news,
Wondering what’s next.
Thinking about what the new year will bring.
Already doubting it’s possibilities.
Sure, this year rocked the nation,
But we have to raise our level of expectation.
For God is still here.
Proving to be a healer,
A way maker,
A protector,
A provider.
He’s about to bring us over
And out of this mess.
So lift your hands in praise
Because we are blessed.
Do you not know the battle is already won?
God is going to show up
And show out in 2021.
So stay faithful and don’t fret any.
The Lord will see us through the rest of 2020.

This year has been a hard one for all of us . It’s been nothing but crazy. I believe that the best is yet to come though. I have much hope for the future because I know God is working it out.
