THE MAGIC OF WORDS

There is unlimited power
in words for plus and minus;
words are not limited by barriers,
words can be misinterpreted,
words can imprison or liberate,
words are interpreted according
to biases, knowledge, or ignorance.
BUT (In my opinion),
Words sent in poetic form
or designed prose have a
unique magic to cross all barriers,
that is if both sender and receiver
are ready to connect them.
As I read YOUR words even though
I haven't seen your face or heard
your voice, don't know if you are
close or far away, your ethnicity,
height or weight, how you look,
ONE
thing is obvious you connect
me to you with words,
reading them sends a warm glow
surging over my body, heat
to my face and a rise in my manhood
which I may choose to stroke;
through mental pleasuring caused
by your words, the river flows.
I HOPE,
YOU interpret my words the same way
and we both are experiencing
the same MAGIC,
I am "Listening."
